2 questions -
* What Bluetooth profiles are supported? Can I use the Katana as a Bluetooth Speakerphone? (Doesnt' look like it) * Is my Soundblaster ZxR a paperweight now, with the recommendation to use USB-connected audio?
* (Bonus) any hope of using the LEDs like an ambx setup?

noway55You can use the katana as a Bluetooth speaker phone if you connect a microphone to it. Or since you bluetoothed, use the phone as your mic.
You wouldn't need the soundcard if you connect through USB but if you use AUX then yes you will use it but USB should be better.
Not sure what you mean about the LED ambx, but it's fully customisable.

IamEugeneThanks! I'm hoping I can use this to replace my bluetooth 'hockeypuck' speakerphone I use at home for conference calls. AMBX uses LEDs to make action on the screen 'expand' beyond the monitor. If you remember the old Philips Ambilight TVs in the late 2000s. There is a PC setup that uses a shim into DirectX to pass the video channel to LED arrays. maybe something to hack on...

noway55Ah plug a microphone and you should be fine on the calls. As for the lights I don't think it can do that. I don't have that kind of set up for the lighting so can't comment on that.
