Richard Rogers’ career in knifemaking dates back to 1997. A cattle rancher in New Mexico, he understands how handy a good knife in the field can be. He also understands that complicated doesn’t always mean better. With that in mind, he designed the Cuatro: an insconspicuous mid-sized flipper that’s as stylish as it is functional. The Cuatro sports a 3.1-inch blade made from corrosion-resistant 8Cr14MoV stainless steel. Practically a straight edge, its tip drops ever so slightly down for a nice contoured line along the whole spine. The handle is effortlessly sleek, with G-10 scales for grip and a polished tip-up pocket clip. Inside the scales is a liner lock to keep the blade tight. A press on the subtle flipper tab will deploy it out without much exertion.
