Welcome to junk corner. While the blade is short and thin, at least it is made of rather dreadful steel. It is difficult to get hard with 0.5% carbon. I am willing to bet that the stainless steel scales are slippery as............(here's a chance to add you own favorite descriptor.) If all you want to do is to open junk mail while sitting in front of your TV and prying tops off of your long necks, this just might be the ticket..........to nowhere. Get a Kershaw Shuffle. Regardless of your opinion, my correct opinion is that this knife is WAY overpriced for what it is. YOMV.

The "spring assisst" is liable to get it classified as a "switchblade" ln Canada which is a prohibited weapon. Posession can get you jail time.

It states in the description that it will "spring to life with a simple push on the flipper." yet there isn't a flipper tab featured on the knife at all. Makes me wonder who writes this crap, or better yet, who's the jackass that reviews it and gives the green light to run it.

5cr15 in this price range (or any price range, really) is insulting, frankly. I don't care if Vulcan himself did the heat treat.
But hey, bronze washers. Guess that makes up the extra $20 in materials.
There are USA made Kershaws you can pick up with a light sale that are cheaper than this too.

Waaay too heavy for its size. Spend $10 more and get a Kershaw Leek.
Hey look, a Shuffle...but heavier and 3x the price. It‘s come to this, huh? Ripping off a $9 knife design? Woof.

how does this not have a flipper tab, it even has the perfect ramp on the back for your finger to fallow through. this knife is pretty much only good if you want something fun to flip open and closed at your desk, junk steel poorly optimized as others have said.
I do wonder how this compares to Kersaw's speed safe, which i've been thoroughly impressed with.

Since it's spring assisted, shouldn't it be called the CRKT Allegro? 🎼

awkHaaahahaha!! Yet another reason to NOT buy this knife? You don’t need to worry about ‘Allegro’ if you use it reeeeeally sssslowly... 🎩

awkThe spring assist is not real strong. Largo was an appropriate choice.
