When Canadian knifemaker Brian Tighe saw Glenn Klecker’s Nirk—a minimal folder made entirely from stainless steel—he saw an opportunity to make it even more of a standout. The result? The Nirk Tighe. Featuring an aggressively recurved drop-point blade made from AUS-8 stainless steel blade, the Nirk Tighe can pierce, slice, cut, and skin. The skeletonized handle is also made from steel with blue titanium nitride coating for a two-toned look that really dazzles. To open the knife, use the flipper tab or the thumb hole; to close it, use the back lock, which is positioned at the base of the spine. For carry, the clip is reversible whether you prefer tip-up or tip-down. The base price is for the 7.5-inch Nirk Tighe 2, but you can upgrade to the 9.1-inch Nirk Tighe at checkout.
