Amazingly great quality for a stainless knife.
This review also goes for the chef Knife and the Paring knives of the same series. Same steel, different shape, same awesome. The steel used in this knife is much better than I was expecting. Takes and edge and does a great job of keeping that edge. The knife has a really nice heft to it so don't expect a super light knife. The shiny surface will get cloudy if you use abrasive sponges, though. Overall I'm very impressed.

Easily one of my favorite knives! The handle is super comfortable and it slides super cleanly through everything I tried it on. Also, it's just sexy af.
