As a professional watercolor artist I am glad I happened upon these brushes. Synthetic brushes have come a long way. The French Mop style means they will hold a lot of paint and you will get a line quality from hairline to broad stroke easily. These will give you a loose, spritely look to your paintings. They are super for quick sketches as well. I highly recommend them.

I love these! They are quite absorbant, so you can suck up a lot of paint and keep using it. The tip is pointy and the hairs are flexible so depending on the amount of pressure you use you can really vary the weight of the stroke. I used to use 3-5 different paintbrushes while painting, now I only use 1-2 and these aren't so delicate, they can take a beating and spring back to shape.
