Is this keyboard ma compactible? Does it have a di- switch for changing command alt keys?

ezsoltI'm assuming you're talking about the software side of things where a new keyboard plugged into a mac, swaps the command and option keys. This can be changed on your Mac by going into system preferences > keyboard
1) Press "Modifier Keys" on the bottom right 2) Choosing whatever keyboard is plugged in (blue tooth keyboards too) 3) Swapping the Option and Command keys.
Das keyboards take the change immediately. I experienced about a 2 minute delay with my Corsair K70. Also, your Mac will remember this configuration every subsequent time you plug in the same keyboard again.
