I'll say something. You must be joking. I know there are people who will buy anything, but this is just ridiculous. And may I say? - it's completely antithetical to the whole idea of outdoor grilling.

JaxonbHow is it antithetical to outdoor grilling? Smoking is just as big if not bigger than grilling, and even with something as accurate as this, it still takes a lot of time and effort to nail down recipes. Once someone knows the fundamentals they could easily upgrade to a more traditional (read: non-electrical) smoker and really get into it.

or_emtI'm a chef and I think it looks brilliant. I can leave a battery on one of my solar panels for a couple days then take this puppy anywhere and make some serious ribs. This thing gets really good reviews... The only rule I follow in cooking is make damn good food. I think I could make some lovely stuff with this...
