Ordered HD-800 elite hybrid pads and received incorrect pads--those for AKG headphones. Contacted customer service, only to be told that they are unable to ship the pads I ordered. This was less than one day after the incorrect order was received. No accommodation of any kind was offered.
Very disappointed in the lack of back-up stock and the way this order was handled. I am a many time repeat customer, but will think twice before placing another Massdrop order.
