I would be very wary of this company as I purchased a macropad from them and VIA nor QMK recognize the device properly and apparently, they don't give a shit. No support and "programmable" was a straight-out lie. I now own a weird switch tester that can't be returned.

Here is the documentation for GP-2040CE: https://gp2040-ce.info/ Here is the documentation for accessing the web configurator: https://gp2040-ce.info/web-configurator/ S2 button is usually the start button, keep pressing on it as you connect your controller to the PC. Access the web configurator url and see if it connects.
