Alfred143Looking like that might be the case with mine too. It's either the battery or the speed controller. I tried calling Dromida (HobbiCo). The first guy I talked to sent out a replacement charger for me. No change in the problem. Called back in and the second guy asked where I had purchased the car. He said he had never heard of MassDrop, could find no record of them in his system and questioned whether it was even obtained through an authorized dealer (which apparently could render the warranty null and void). Dealing with MassDrop now. Hoping to get a response from them today on how we get this taken care of.
Alfred143Sorry to hear that, MassDrop was very responsive and will be sending me the whole kit, as there are no spare parts. I'll just swap out the battery and charger and sending it back. Problem is it can take weeks :(
Alfred143Well glad you had a good experience. That gives me some hope for a satisfying resolution. Still waiting for a course of action out of MassDrop. I sent video of the truck doing nothing (lol!) over 24 hours ago so just waiting for next steps.
Alfred143@Alfred143 and @JesusMarimba I emailed Dromida customer support. I told them about my issue with the RC not being very responsive and they asked to see a proof of purchase/receipt. I showed them my MassDrop Reciept and they honored it and sent me a new battery. The new battery fixed the issues that we all similarly experienced. Hope this helps.
