Quality isn’t bad for the price, the color is pretty close to the display images which is rare, RGB shines thru nicely. Sadly there’s like 4 keys I can’t use because I have a 65% and the alt, fnc, shift, and like 2 other keys are smaller on a 65 than on a 60 or 100% because of the design
Disclaimer, I haven't fully mounted them, but I was quite pleased with the Horizon colorway from the same set that i came back for more. From the picture that Archund posted, we had the same idea. I primarily got these to mix and match with other sets, but they are a pleasing color so I can see myself using the full set. The quality and clarity are great. They may not stand up to more premium sets, but at a fraction of they price these are fantastic. well worth it.
Also pictured, Horizon colorway from the same set.
I love the Skylight series and this was my third, but one thing I really would like to see if R1 1U for Alt, Fn, and Ctrl, having to plunder other sets for these three keys is a bit of a pain. DROP, please, please, please, add 1u Alt, Fn, and and Ctrl. (Photo Drop Skylight Purple, Drop Skylight Black, and 3rd party Ctrl, Alt, Fn, blanks)
Do you like keycaps? Do you love purple? Do you want your rgb to shine through? Beautiful color, really nice feel. I'd recommend them, but I used them in tandem with other caps, which I think makes them look better.
Pictured here on my CSTC40 (Colemak) and TKO60 (QWERTY):
Stencil supports cut backlight, but nice to type on
I was really disappointed when I noticed that instead of being fully supported by the translucent material like my OEM keycaps are, these have little opaque supports for any letter with a closed-off section, which blocks the backlight from shining through that part. It's not extremely noticeable unless you're looking directly one of those letters but that wasn't made obvious when buying.
The color looks quite good with the black keys on my keyboard and the texture is kinda nice, though I imagine they'll wear down a bit like the old ones did. Overall they're pretty nice to type on.
Very colorful and a good option if you want shine through. I will say when it comes to thickness and sound profile there are better options out there but for the price these are great.
