Why is the pricing different for the RGB option in the description vs the shopping cart? The description info says RGB is +$5 but the options and the order page shows +$20. Am I misreading something? @Durgod
It's another thing that there is no Manual on how to use the Zeus Engine software. The one that is available on the website is very badly explained and the customer care won't even respond. These people need someone to rewrite the manual with proper English.
animesh.dwivediThank you very much for your feedback. We will provide the English version of the course in the future. Please give us some time. Thank you.
This is my first purchase on Massdrop and i had to rub my eyes when i saw the expected delivery date of january 31st. Is this a mistake or does it actually take 2 months to ship a single keyboard?
Is it possible to change the RGB colors and effects without using the Durgod software? So, does the keyboard have any shortcuts for that? Asking, because I read that the software does not run on Linux.
I don't see "Silent" key switches among those offered in the options. Does anyone know which of the choices is the least noisy? I type too fast to have noisy key switches in the office - I wind up drowning out everyone's phone calls and driving them nuts.
megalonzergI believe the Cherry MX browns are recommended for a general use keyboard. Blues are for typing, but are noisy from what I have read. They all sound loud on the video below to me. I am going with browns. The other Cherry switches are mainly for specific kinds of games e.g shooters, or RTS. This is my first mechanical keyboard.
I took a look at that "wootling one" and unfortunately it is not my cup of tea. I mean not trying to hate, but whoever designed that frame needs to get slapped. I am sure I am not the only one that things that the Forehead and Chin on that thing is Fugly. I mean all that wasted space and yet it adds nothing to the board. If it was just more symmetrical they may have had a winner, anyway as they say everyone has different tastes.
I was about to pull the trigger on the GMMK, what stopped me is that I saw some videos on youtube where the lighting seemed very weak. A couple of youtubers that made the videos confirmed to me that the lighting was definitely weak. Do you find that to be an issue yourself? How did you fair out with the stabilizers on that board? One thing I noticed was that they all rattled like there was no tomorrow.
with owning the keyboard for a few months I can say it is a really well made keyboard for the price that you can get it for, it is my main one that I use everyday for gaming/work. I bought new switches for it to better fit my style and over all I love the way it works for me and the size for it. Great prize and overall amazing keyboard
