Stem was too small... very disappointing... paid for an expensive piece of plastic.

DisgruntledAnyone know if there are returns or replacements on out of tolerance products? Or is lack of quality control just a price you have to pay on MassDrop?

DwarfFactoryThanks for the quick and easy solution you emailed me! For anyone else with a similar problem I preheated my oven to 170F and put a glass of water in it for 10+ minutes to heat up. Then I put the keycap in the glass of water for 3 minutes (I put some aluminum foil around the keycap to make it easier to grab out of the water). Fit on my keyboard with a small amount of force. Looks great! Can't wait to see what else you all come out with!

DisgruntledThank for your reply. I also suggest to do that process over and over again to make the keycap more easy to install in the future
