Why isn't there black, white or grey options?

carbide @carbide As I have discussed in other DXRacer chair drops I will always drop all colors that are available at the time of the drop. If you do not see a specific color listed it is because DXRacer did not have it in stock at the time of the drop.
In this case its not that DXRacer is out of stock of a Black, Grey, or White option. The fact is that there are none of these colors in the KX28 series. This is a brand new chair to DXRacer and Massdrop.
Will DXRacer launch more colors in the KX28 series later? No one knows at this time.
Everyone rest assured that I always am trying to get all the colors available and have even dropped black only drops at this point because I know it is one of the most popular colors.

BEARSxARExPEOPLExTOO @BEARSxARExPEOPLExTOO like @Laxswag stated, this is a more premium series chair than the KF91 series. Not only that but it is a brand new product launch. This chair material is a higher quality and durability than the mesh material offered on the KF91 series.

Tex-ArozziHmmm. I really want one of these king series chairs. They are quite pricey though. What is the return policy for these if I don't like it or it comes damaged?

BEARSxARExPEOPLExTOOYou get 80% of the value back as well as you must pay for shipping to return as well. Not sure if the shipping price on the chair here on massdrop affects how much you would get back. Just the $390 for the commit to join you would only get $312 back if shipping was included in the whole value you would only get $332 back from the refund. Also shipping costs varies depending on where you live like for me to ship my chair back it would cost $48 essentially me losing around $120.

KAOSxGamingWhat........... What kind of customer service is that........ That is ridiculous. If I put up $400+ for a chair I expect some decent service in case I need to return it. Looks like I'm gunna have to pass on this...

Ranger088If the price was lowered I'd go for it. Really a k-series chair, but this price is WAY too much. And their customer service is trash apparently.
