For anyone not able to buy this time around (I don't get paid until Wednesday so that includes me) I started a drop and the King series has over 550 votes. Maybe they'll do another drop for us bigger guys out there.

jhowell1030I wondered the same when the KF06 drop hit, and after finding the below tweet unsatisfying, I continued comparing the two, from reviews (hard because most reviews don't' give the model number, so I had to go by pictures of the chairs in the reviews to identify them). I compared specs posted in all locations I could find, etc. The chair's look to be identical from a specifications perspective, and it sure looks like both chairs use carbon fiber PVC and PU as well, just in different patterns. In the KF06 feature/details collage page the bottom graphic clearly shows this. The only difference I have been able to see is the pattern for each chair, the KF06 has a lot more of the colored "smooth" PU, and the pillows also include the accent color, where the KF57 pillows are all black. So I assume that the difference is aesthetic, unless one of the PU/PVC materials is more comfortable given the different patterns of each on the seating surfaces.
I guess that the pattern of the materials on the KF06 looks $20 more expensive... I dunno.
I can now tell the model number of each King chair after looking at it for about two seconds... yay for new talents derived from OCD :/.

jhowell1030Craftyhack got this answered before I had a chance. The upholstery is the only difference at least with what is listed on DXracer's site. All KF## should be the same minus looks.
