Sorry for the overly active posting...just wanted to share my thoughts on E-Blue in light of my "impassioned", if you will, opinions below.
I took the time to call their offices here in the US and spoke with a couple of folks there including the person who runs the show here in the US. My impression was that they are committed to servicing US customers and are not in the same category of those companies that I referenced previously. They seem committed and are people who care about their customers and realize that's key to the success of their brand here in the US. My apologies to them for the implications I made as to their commitment to their customers and my comments about their use of language in their posting. It was unnecessary.
That said I still feel the same about the chair itself but hope that others will make their own opinions.
