I bought this one and thought it is recognized by Win10 and lights up, it won't make any letters. Three emails to MassDrop requesting the manufacturer have been ignored. Does anyone have an idea of what I might do?
QueenB4Hey QueenB4, Support goes home on the weekend so there's a bit of a delay to requests sent on Saturday/Sunday. Fortunately this is a known issue and an easy fix.
"In device manager, find, and right click "ND-Tech USB Adapter" and under "Driver" click update driver. Under "Let me choose from a list of..." I opted to try the "USB Composite Device" driver, and that got my keyboard up and running. Good luck everyone!" - SeaPancake3
