The epicvape E-Nano is a product which I owned for three years. Over that span, the product delivered nicely, for the most part. However, two crucial factors factor into my overall negative experience with this product:
Durability. Customer support.
Within 6 months of owning this product, a crack had developed near the base, where the plug is affixed to the unit. It wasn't a big deal at first, Over time, this crack grew, until eventually, the plug completely fell out.
After reaching out to customer service, I was initially responded to promptly. I was told to pay for return shipping both ways, because I was just about a week past the warranty date (for a product at this price point, the warranty should be lifetime. Especially considering its weak build quality. The mark-up on these units is likely insane.)
I happily filled out the RMA Request form, which stated I would hear back within two business days. A week goes by, and nothing. I reached out to customer support once more, upset, but remaining polite and patient. I didn't hear anything back. One week later, still nothing.
I have a $300 useless log of wood and heaps of frustration by being led to believe by customer support that the issue would be resolved. Please, please avoid. There are so many better units at this price point. Do not make the same mistake I did and put your faith behind a small company who frankly doesn't seem to care whether they follow through with providing decent support to customers who pay good money for their product. I would expect this level of support from a unit a third of the price. Disappointed. Thoroughly disappointed.

I bought one, direct but still, and had problems with my glass. Go onto their site and do an RMA. Got my replacement glass quickly and everything fit. Despite the glass problems, this vape is amazing.

You know those rubber things that come on the stems? I just left them on there this time around, slid it down a little further even so it's almost level with the bottom of the glass piece that sits on the Enano. It's high enough quality rubber it won't melt. Provides some more support for the glass, I'm not sure, but I think that might be why they include them with the glass pieces. Either way, works handily to provide enough strength to the stem to not break.
