Exquisitely Sharp, Well Balanced

Ever slice all the way through a 7 lb eye of round roast (cooked) with just one stroke? I did with one of these. Exquisitely, almost scary sharp. I like these better than my Kitchen Aid and Kyocera ceramics. Finally gave away my Calphalon metal knife set and wood block. The new block holds these knives, my favorite steak knives, and my favorite kitchen shears (in the upper center front triangle.

Always wanted to try ceramic knives but wanted a quality set. This wasn't it. Not nearly as SHARP as my French or Japanese steel knives. Shame on Massdrop for offering these. My set is on its way to Goodwill
