Does anyone have a manual or instructions for setting the other dials?

iHannahFrom what I can tell...
The lower dial is the second hand for the watch. The traditional (large) second hand is actually the second hand for the stopwatch, with the minutes being tracked on the top dial.
And the top button is the start/stop for the stopwatch feature, with the bottom button being the reset on those.
Middle button halfway pulled out will set the date, fully pulled will set time.

EarthSucksOh got it, perfect. Thanks! Now if only my watch reset with the second hand at 0 instead of 3 seconds...

iHannahI don't know if you ever fixed this, but most can be corrected. If this works like a Seiko then hold the top button and pull out the crown, continuing to hold for for several seconds. The second hand should make a full revolution. You can then click (I think) the bottom button to advance the second hand to the correct resting position and use the top button to select to do the same to the minutes dial. I may have the buttons reversed... Good luck!
