feverYes.. I did... Massdrop sucks, as they are not willing to replace them. Last time i'm buying anything from this site.. Future buyers who read this, know that this site has very bad customer service.

feverYep, add me to the bait-and-switch ripoff. Selling the ER20xs and shipping the cheaper ER20, what a scam! You can get the ER20 earplugs pretty much anywhere for 40% less. Assuming Massdrop ever ships my Grace SDAC Balanced, I'll never have any more dealings with them.

feverEveryone who got the ER20s and not the ER20XS, please insist on getting a full refund. You shouldn't have to finance Massdrop. They will give you a full refund if you insist!
