Just wore it for the third time today and it broke when I was putting it on. So now I have a less than a week old bracelet that is useless. How do I get my money back???

dobbermnIf you contact Massdrop support, they might be able to issue a refund for a defective product. Which model did you purchase?

JustFluxzYeah did that a week ago and of course they are too busy to respond at this time. BS, my last mass drop transaction.

dobbermnLast time I had an issue, it was with some fountain pens, and they responded within 2 days. I would try following up, if possible.
