We have been in close contact with the vendor and have some news to share with the group. The Faber-Castell converters included with the pen are not in stock due to the death of the founder of Faber-Castell which has halted manufacturing. Despite their best efforts our vendor cannot provide a solid date for when these will be available again.
We are currently working on sourcing Pelikan converters instead. Based on current estimates our vendor should be able to obtain them late next week. This might mean that the pens will be shipping from our warehouse after the expected ship date.
We understand that this change and the added fulfillment time might be undesirable for group members. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (massdrop.com/transactions).
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 3/11 or sooner if something comes up.
