I bought this about a year and a half ago. Initial impression was very positive, but I'm quite certain mine had a defect as the threaded knob which attached the head to the handle was at a weird angle and difficult to actually screw on at times. I persevered, but yesterday the threaded knob actually snapped right off. I tossed it in the trash and happily ordered a Viking from Amazon which was cheaper, looks better, and feels far more sturdy than this.

luminousllamaYou threw a $145 razor in the trash and with a smile on your face ordered an inferior one?

luminousllamaYou received a defective example of this product, but instead of contacting Massdrop support for a replacement, you kept it, used it until it fell apart, and threw it out. Why didn't you just get it replaced when you realized it was defective? Speaking as someone who has returned a defective product to Massdrop a couple of times, they're really good about taking care of those kind of issues. You'll either get a replacement or your money back. Every time. It's frustrating when you want the product but all they can give you is a refund, but you didn't even try to get either? That's on you, not on Feather or Massdrop.
