We will be happy to replace your defective FIND(s). We have made several improvements to our production processes now and the replacements will work as advertised. The tags shipped to you were from the first production batch, and we have made several improvements to deliver a perfect product. Only a small number of tags had some issues which are all resolved now.

BrainFlushThanks, would love to be back on MD! The FIND is now a mature product with strong sales here in the US, Japan among others! Not sure who the buyer is on this category to do another drop. on MD!
