GeoffCommaDid you order a black one maybe? They had issues with fulfilling those. I was missing one but MD staff took care of everything.
Definitely contact support, I'm sure they'll help you fix this.

I got mine about two weeks ago . Ordered two units, got only one :< Funny thing though,shipping label says two units, but only one could possibly fit there!
Product is great, really complements the smaller tea pot I got from a previous drop.

As a tea lover I will not be buying another product from Finum after the Zita Traveler I received through a previous drop had the build quality of a Christmas cracker toy. Just a word of warning.

I have a infuser with that kind of filter. It's kind of a bitch to clean because the holes are relatively big, so sometimes whole "stems" of tea leaves get stuck and you have to fiddle a bit from both ends to get them out. I'm looking to replace mine with a fine metal mesh filter because of this.
By all means, it works perfectly well, it's just a minor annoyance.
