I am not familiar with the brand itself. Is it Chinese?
Either way, if the price goes to $250 this is not a bad way to get your hands on a Miyota 8215 movement. I've seen the movement used in a wide variety of watches, from Junkers to Bulova. Usually those are at least $300 / $350 for open heart designs. As long as the quality of the rest of the watch is up to par, $250 for a 8215 watch isn't bad at all, especially considering the unique aesthetics of the skeleton case/dial.
