I'll admit I can't figure out what this is. I'm a vapor noob, but this looks like it's just a replacement tank. You can get a complete Russian 91 clone off eBay for 23 shipped. Why would I want this?

How do internals work with this tank, what kind of atomizer, threading etc. The pictures are not very forthcoming for this guy.
