DuaneWeikumSent email like 5 days ago.. and nothing. I'm sure I'm not a big spender here but I've spent over $1000 in the last 3 months on massdrop on over a dozen drops and this is the first email I've sent and the response time is piss poor. Making me regret buying stuff on here.

breitling88Hmm.Yeah I would agree their email respond is slow.It was quick half a year ago.Was like 1 day or 2.I guess they just expanded too fast?
As for the serial number I do have one on my spinning top.Not on the top itself but on the back of the case it came with.If you don't see it see if there is a Massdrop barcode sticker covering it up,it happens sometime.

DeathWatchYeah, I realized after looking at the box that its the box that is serial numbered, not the top itself...
Just got a response from Massdrop, but it makes my blood boil! This was their response after showing her the nick in the edge of the top: "Can you please provide a video of the top so we can see how the dent/knick effects its functionality?"
It seems very condescending... I responded with asking them if they would consider a dent in the hood of a new car or a big scratch in the crystal of a brand new watch acceptable since it doesn't affect the functionality.

I've escalated this support request to a supervisor and hope you'll give us a chance to make things right. JonasHeinemanSupport got back to me and it just seems that they didn't see the dent in the pic initially which is why they asked that question. Once i sent the pic back with a circle around the dent they were very apologetic and seem happy to help. I have an RMA now and will send it back and hopefully get one that is in good shape back!! Thanks a lot.. just miscommunication. Thanks a lot also for replying here Jonas!
