Wow, is this ANOTHER DROP when you STILL haven't posted the shiping update from the "ship by xmas" drop in December that failed to ship all of the units?
Buyer beware, jeez..

LJFrenchAll but 2 orders from the last drop shipped on 1/5/2017, the 2 orders that were delayed were redirected to local post offices and picked up on 2/27 because the recipients were not there to sign for the delivery.

DaveHoffThank you for the shipping update. I could have used that back in December when the units were not shipped with the rest of Massdrops order. What should I have done to obtain this information back in December? How are customers expected to handle having no information about a $600 xmas purchase?

LJFrenchI was most definitely asking Massdrop for updates and eagerly awaiting a shipping date. I was provided zero information, and meanwhile Walkera had my $$$. I was standing by, waiting for my shipment, but somehow I was chosen as a person who didn't deserve to get their drone on time. That's not right.

LJFrenchThe information for the delay was in an Email we sent to you personally, the delay was caused by a signature being required upon delivery and there being no one to sign for it.

DaveHoffThat's not true at all. The drop was supposed to ship December 20th. I received the same messages everyone else did, that Walkera shorted the drop and some people weren't going to receive their drones in time for xmas. I was patient and waited for an update.
By December 30th, TEN DAYS later, there was still no update. I reached out to Massdrop and inquired about my order and what my cancellation options were. I was told I could not cancel. I pressed as to why I could not cancel my order and was then told it could be cancelled as a one-time courtesy. I then pressed and said that if I wanted to cancel, it would not be by using my one-time courtesy because this was clearly outside the bounds of the drop. The drop was shorted, therefore, not my fault. I again inquired as to the status of my order and was told no one had any information. It was then that I cancelled my order.
So no, my order was not late because I didn't sign for something. No, my order was late because Walkera shorted Massdrop, Massdrop wouldn't help me, and I was forced to cancel my order, for which I've still received no explanation or apology.
