AudioJetYour realize you just responded to someone that made that comment almost 2 years ago don't you? Also, if he received the wrong product from ordering off this drop and not only the wrong product but an opened product as well other people deserve to know about it and factor that in to their choice of purchasing these or not. I believe he is more than warranted to leave his comment here in the review section.

AudioJetIt seems like a valid review of their purchase experience. There's more to a review than just an initial impression of the product right out of the box (which in this case was terrible since it was the wrong product). There's also consideration for the transaction process, shipping, support, warranty/ warranty claims, long term satisfaction, etc. etc.
Just because it's not a review of the product that is being advertised, it IS a review of this poster's purchase.
