The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 4/15.

Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

When I showed my daughter the dahlia templates and said it would be a good Christmas present for me but I already got them, but hadn't paid for them yet, she misunderstood and bought them for me. Now I have two! How can I cancel my commitment?
