The XL+ and XLL are the same. These vests are the same dimensions as the XL with the exception that the XL+/XLL vests are much wider for heavier set riders, or riders with really bulky gear.

This deploys on impact as well right? Might seem like a dumb question but I see the guy in the video pulling the cord to inflate..
Also the XL, can a 5'7" person wear that? My girth matches that more than the large..

This is a mechanically activated airbag. The vest is connected to a lanyard that you can easily install on any motorcycle. In an accident, once you move more than a few inches the vest activates and in 80 milliseconds the vest/jacket deploys.
You can reuse it over and over again. You simply need to replace the spent cartridge with a new one each time and you're ready to go!

There's a couple youtube videos of guys crashing wearing one (airbag vests)- one person hit a deer, another slid off a corner. One nice thing about these is that they protect the chest as well as the back- someone I knew died from a broken rib puncturing his heart. I already have the Helite Adventure jacket, but would like to grab a vest next time they come up here.

Is it a one time inflation or is it reusable like a parachute and you just get a new Co2 cartridge each time?

Guys who bin their bikes at the track reuse these regularly without issue after serious incidents. They're designed to be reused so long as the bags are still intact.

Yes, you can use your vest over and over and over again. We do recommend that with your 5th or 6th accident that you may want to have it inspected for damage etc, but we have demo vests and jackets which have been deployed nearly a thousand times and it's still 100% functional each time!
After a deployment you need only to replace the spent cartridge with a fresh one and you're good to go!
