Hello! I used mine until they were low on battery. Or the left one reported that it was low on battery. So I tried several times to charge them, but the left one keeps saying it's low on battery. From what I can tell, I feel that I've charged it and it's stuck thinking it has low battery. Anyone experiencing anything similar?

jsaeleWhen you go to charge the ear buds does the green light appear when you close the case? I have a slight issue with my right ear bud (put in the left slot with the logo on the front side) that i'd have to move it around and press down until i got the green light, and then finally close the case.
Not sure about the charge time, which would be nice to say in the actual description but it does take awhile from my understanding. There's also the case itself, not sure how long that takes to charge.
I'm also not sure if you can charge both the case and the buds at the same time. (tried it and I think it either didn't charge the buds or I guess I didn't wait long enough).

jsaeleThis happened to me with Fireflies (exact same charging mechanism). I found out that I actually had put them in with too much pressure and it bent one of the charging pins. You might check for that? Until this technology has a more reliable and less easily broken charging port I'm sitting this one out...no matter how awesome it was for the week or two it was working!
