5/18 Update: All wrist rests have been shipped (they are heavy!) have been shipped and are en route to our warehouse. Next step is being packed and prepped for shipment. International shipping is experiencing a change in either upcharge in price or longer shipping time (anyone working in supply chain or logistics probably knows), so there is so much we can do on our end before getting these out to your doors. Thank you for your patience!!

SpencerLHey @SpencerL, I just received my wrist rest, (60% marble), and there's barely any marbling. Do you take return or do replacements?

6/16 Update: Hey guys, my apologies since it's been a while from the last update. Please understand that because of the hit of slowdown and cost of international shipping, I've been dealing with a lot of issues across many different products and it's hard to keep track of (on top of my normal workflow). I do my best to keep you guys ensured, but our fulfillment team (and vendor) does not inform me when products are shipped or on their way. Our system does not automatically pull that information either so it usually isn't until last minute or after it's delayed that it's brought to my attention. And since I'm the member-facing side for communication for these products, I've requested that the vendor provides me with tracking the moment anything is shipped out to us. Hopefully that'll help for everything going forward in the future :) In regards to this drop, the vendor clarified with me that the wrist rests has been shipped a while ago and were received by our international warehouse. There was no confirmation brought up to my attention, however it seems like they are finally being shipped out! Not sure what the hiccup or delay was .. maybe there were other drops in the queue that they were taking care of as well, which might have clogged up the pipeline. I did order extras separately from this last round so when these go live again, they'll be ready to be shipped in days ... not months!

SpencerL @SpencerL update please. It has been over a month. You are many months past due. Let's keep the communication open. I have already skipped a drop because of how the ball has been "dropped" on this one.

Has anyone got their wrist rest yet? Its a week past the ship date and my item still says "Order placed with vendor" So I'm starting to wonder what is going on and if or when its going to at least ship.

PacwageoJust got mine. I say it was worth the wait. Wish I would have gotten multiple in diff sizes now honestly. And its not drops fault so don't blame them. Its the virus and everything else going on around the world right now.

ObitoSamaI wouldn’t blame the delay on the virus either. Sure at first okay I thought it was understandable with the virus but the person working on the drop purposely did not update us. It was claimed that they shipped but never really shipped and then claimed that they were in the warehouse the entire time but he didn’t know about it. Sure the guy might be busy but that’s no excuse to completely lose track of where a batch of products are for an entire month on a drop that is already 2 months late. We requested updates multiple times and when checking his page we saw he was still active in updating other drops (who he also was behind on and if I remember correctly lied about being shipped too) so it’s not like he didn’t see us asking for more information. My only other drop was 2 months behind which I expected because OLKB (for a plank keyboard case) was already a year behind on their own websites orders. In the end it comes down to unprofessionalism and mismanagement when you are now at this point 3 months behind on a drop being shipped which you already had 3 months to prepare for.
