My buy from the previous drop has not arrived, or shipped from what I can tell. It still lists payment pending, but the other item I ordered the same day has been paid for and arrived....I've sent two transaction information requests, but have not had a response. Are they arriving? Did I fail to complete something (I don't think I did, but cannot tell)?

Hi @Tammy,
You committed to join the drop which means you would only be receiving the item if the lowest drop point/price was hit. For this particular drop it didn't hit the lowest price so only people who Joined the drop will be charged and receiving the this bundle. Hope that clears things up!

I was quite unhappy when I received my bundle. Everything was beautiful until I opened the panel which was cut in the most bizarre and unusable way. I'm not sure who cut this particular bundle because it was tied with a Birch ribbon, but panels are supposed to be cut so they are usable.

Great news group! We placed the order shortly after the drop ended and the vendor has let us know that it's already been picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 11/19. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
