Hey y'all, just for future reference these shoes run big. I am a size 10.5 in stan smiths and converse, and sizing up (as suggested by someone below) was a huge mistake, I had almost two inches of room on the toe box. I would personally recommend sizing down if you are between sizes.
stoplooking4meI'm in the exact same position. I'm a 10.5 and sized up to an 11. They're large. I tried adding a second insole from an old pair of Sam Smith's and they were better but still not great. I ended up ordering a pair of SoftSol Athlete size 11-12.5 insoles. I removed both old insoles and then added these. They were a perfect fit with no trimming. They are now perfect. I know it's a disappointment to do but you can possibly salvage the shoes by doing this. Good luck.
HipzzterHey, after reading your post about purchasing Soft Sol Athlete insole, I did the same and bought it off Amazon. I tried it and I have to say it fits prefect now.
Hi All - We've spoken with the guys at HoF and they've confirmed the current 50% off price applies to last season's models. The styles featured on this drop feature a different outsole and last.
scoobykimHi! HoF has communicated that the sizing is the same as the 2017 models. Recommendation is to stick to the same size you were in the older models.
I’ve also found these shoes are too large. I normally wear a 10.5 or an 11 depending on the brand, so I ordered an 11. As @ImHereForSeikos said, these feel a bit like clown shoes, sometimes to the point of being uncomfortable. I have a ridiculous amount of extra room in the toe box. I am going to attempt to make these more wearable by adding insoles and heel pads, but I would not recommend these shoes until this problem is addressed by the manufacturer.
Also, I’ve found the material to be a little disappointing. It looks nice, the color (Merlot) is beautiful, but it creases (after just one day of normal walking) in a way that makes it look cheap. I know that real leather creases, but I own plenty of real leather shoes and have not seen creasing quite as extreme as this. If this material is supposed to accurately imitate leather, then this is an unfortunate defect. This is probably exacerbated by the fact that the shoes don’t fit well on my feet. I’ve attached images of the creases.
Overall, I’m disappointed by this product but hope I can still get enough wear out of them that my purchase will be worth it.
Wow! These are large. I order shoes online a couple of times a year, never had this issue with size before now. When this re-drops, I recommend going down a full size. Like others have mentioned, these are clown-shows! Honestly, I can't wear these, no matter how nice they look.
Well, this is frustrating and a bit misleading. There's no information on the product page regarding a limited quantity for the shoes, and yet the whites have sold out in a few sizes. @blouie Would have ordered earlier instead of waiting if this was the case.
No_RoMe too, I just saw them in the email today and planned to order after work but now there's no white in my size. Would have ordered as soon as I saw them if it said there's a limited amount
