How well does this keep water cold if I put ice in it or freeze it?

don404505Probably not great, it’s just a bladder without insulation. Which could be a plus if you freeze the whole thing... get drinkable water quicker 😂 but more seriously, the insulation will almost completely rely on what pack you put it inside.
