So I just got mine today and it clearly labelled 2.4 tablet and 1amp phone on the two usb outputs and the booklet is marked as 1amp and 2.4amp. I'm guessing I've been swindled?

Slightly off topic question, any power banks that does around 7.2 volts? It's always either 5V and then 9+

Is there white version too or is just the black one sold, because the description says piano white, yet there's only images of the black one.

What are the dimensions on these things? The 20k looks slim but can't figure out exactly how wide & long it is.

Are these black or white? The description mentions "piano white" but the pictures show the batteries in black.
