I am incredibly disappointed and unimpressed. Perhaps I got a bad one, because under the protective cover, the suction cup already looked dirty and had nicks and dings in it. It kept falling off of my windshield after 5 to 10 minutes. On top of that, the provided USB cable is incredibly short and requires having the charger in the middle of my windshield, obstructing my view, rather than to my left. I should have paid attention to the specs for that one, though, so that's on me. Next, the grip of the charger is super awkward. There's no snap or click. It's a very soft but firm grasp, which is good... except when getting my phone out. When I click the auto-release button, nothing happens. The arms don't pop open. It just loosens slightly so that I can manually pull the arms open to get my phone out. This last point is a personal nitpick. Due to the universal nature of the charger, it cannot accommodate for all designs of all phones. I can't plug my aux cable into my phone while it's in the charger. I'll give this two stars instead of one because I have the option to regift this to a friend, and that saves me some trouble Christmas shopping, I guess. I hope he feels less upset about throwing it away than I will. This product is trash. Don't waste your money on it.
