Great for cycling and running

I originally bought this for cycling in the colder months and it works perfectly for that. It keeps me sufficiently warm with just a windbreaker over it (and something to keep my neck warm) down to almost freezing, but I run pretty warm. It also dries off quickly if I get a little sweaty on my ride. It works well for running, too, when it's too cold for just a t-shirt but not cold enough for a sweatshirt or jacket. Drying quickly is also nice on the run as I live where rain is always possible 9 months out of the year. It never stinks like polyester.

I got this for my partner, and I think he really likes it , because I see him wearing it on almost every trip. Wool is really the best choice for outdoors activities! And this shirt is very thin, warm, and stays pretty dry.

Comfy, versatile

Works in a wide range of temperatures from cool to quite warm, keeps the sun off well, doesn't attract dirt, doesn't smell if washed infrequently, sleeves are long enough that the thumb loops are useful. Used most days since purchased, but hasn't got really wet yet so don't know how warm the fabric is then, versus straight wool.
