There's three things that turn me off towards this. Integration - only works through proprietary app, price - more expensive than other offerings, longevity-not an established company and no idea if they'll be around down the road. I have a z-wave system currently with the hue bulbs and fibaro rgb strip controllers all controlled by one piece of automation software, I don't want to have to flip between apps to control my lights from other parts of my house. But if you only want your lights automated this doesn't look too bad, they look more powerful than the hue lights.

kasekWe'll soon be opening up our SDK. That's a high priority feature for us. The greatest benefit of Bluetooth LE is the integration aspect, especially in the connected home market. We pack a lot of light into one bulb, being the brightest and smartest on the market. Being Mark Cuban-backed, we're here to stay and have a lot of great things in the pipeline. And we're excited to be able to integrate with other services in the near future :)
