This is a great flashlight! It is so bright. The only negative thing I have to say is that the buttons are hard to find in the dark. I wouldn't really call it tactical but... it would blind an attacker.

Good light, terrible controls
Pros:
Good amount of light from a compact flashlight. Well made. Built in display is handy.
Cons:
Buttons are poorly designed and indistinguishable by feel. Must look to see which button to press, which is hard to do in the dark, which is the whole point of having a flashlight. Can't reliably operate the flashlight in gloves. I wouldn't buy it again just for the button interface alone.

This is a good flashlight with a poor switch. It is impossible to find the switch by feel. Once you find the switch it is a nice light with 3 light settings with the brightest being very bright.
However, this is another example of overuse of the word "tactical".
