Then separate the ravioli by hand or with a pastry cutter and boil them. Made from pressed aluminum that’s fitted with an enamel steel base and rubber feet, this sturdy mold is built to last. Each piece is 1.25 inches long and produces cooked ravioli in three-quarter-inch pieces.
