I was in a previous drop and I just got around to unpacking the keyboard pieces, and I have both right handed halves instead of a right and a left half. What is the best way to get a replacement?

vvlierbergheActually, I reached out to Massdrop support and (though I had to escalate it beyond their generic policy response, since this is an unusual case) they were INCREDIBLY helpful (shoutout to Cara, though I can't tag her here) and they have already shipped me a replacement left PCB.
Very happy with my experience with Massdrop support on this, they could not have been more eager to make things right.

huntroMassdrop and input club are no longer working together.
At least they learn from their mistakes and don't leave us behind.
Bad luck for me.
