Perhaps the Ingersoll Columbus takes its name from the famous explorer. After all, the watch offers plenty of information you may be curious to know at sea—a month and week chapter ring, day subdial, date subdial, and moonphase tracker Read More
How a discussion about watches turned into discussion about politics and name calling is beyond me. Some of you should cut down on your java. Seriously!
JAoneIt was a gift. Don’t know where purchased. Like it very much. Also have the ‘snorkel’ chrono with yellow on the bezel and the ‘surfboard’ with creme dial. Fun watches ...
"We have serious mental health issues"
I can see that.
"I've lost many to suicide"
I'm not surprised. If I was surrounded by people like you I would be thinking about suicide too.
TejaIt has sold out early, same happened last Columbus watch drop. Gold still looks good. I bought silver/steel case last time . This is a good price, when clearing from Ingersoll it was over $180; but have sold out, the only other prices seem to be around $290 or more!!
I know it is another Ingersoll; I have the previous auto (Miyota) version of this watch, and I must say it is very well presented; quality finish, very detailed dial, good size and great strap. At $99 dollars it was a great deal. this watch looks just as good and with Swiss Ronda movement , looks like great deal; seriously thinking of another "Columbus". Does anyone know if it is a perpetual date like the Seiko Neo classic? Doesn't say on Ingersoll site, just out of stock. It appears to have the indicator for month and week with the half moon end indicator , like the Seiko, which may explain the pen top incognito pushers at each side of the crown. I suppose at $79 it doesn't really matter as this seems a steal. May just have to order it!
Thanks Ray, I did a search on the movement and concluded there is no perpetual date, although I did find that Zepplin use the moonphase movement. Anyway at the price i am happy.
