Looks and feels really nice.

Really solid construction, and the crystal glass has extremly high clarity. I bought the white and brass model with the letter band and I love it. It is big though!

Average due to lack of communication or help from Drop

The watch is very nice to look at well packaged by Ingersoll, but arrived absolutely dead, wrote 3 emails to Drop got one response saying that the speciality team will be getting in touch but no response in 3 weeks. Whats the issue......? Watch arrived with a dead battery, also the plastic piece that holds the crown out so that it disengages the battery was missing. Batteries on Quartz watches last 2 years, since this watch was dead on arrival, I dont know if this is due to the battery or faulty watch. I expect Drop to respond and take care of the problem , rather than sitting quiet and not responding.
