1. Why is it so expensive shipping to Aus for a patent print :/
2. Can you do engineer's blueprints from tf2? That seems pretty easy, for sentry and dispenser
JayTee3You will often find on massdrop that international shipping is quite expensive, as they are often shipped using couriers rather than usps.
I like the tf2 blueprint idea, but they would need to be made with valves approval which is unlikely and would be costly.
callen.dlrProbably dont need valves approval, lots of stuff made by fans on welovefine and ebay and etc of tf2 stuff with no valve approval..... But eh
JayTee3Hi JayTee, Valve is actually pretty active in the IP infringement patrol and one of the few companies we have received C&D from. If you wanted to contact us at sales@inkedandscreened.com we could arrange a custom order for you but since it isn't something we can list for resale the price would fall under our custom print category and be about $50 plus shipping to AU, Massdrop does not have the capabilities of charging shipping rates per destination which is why their international shipping charges seem high as they have to make sure not to lose money on shipping to more expensive locations. We can do a direct rate quote with you on shipping. - Alex
JayTee3So many people complaining about the shipping cost. Here's the way I think: "is it worth the global price?". If yes I buy even though the shipping is more expensive (I dont care honestly).
JayTee3You really answered just to say "You really responded to a 1+ year old post to say this?" ??
IMHO I think sharing a way of thinking is more constructive than what you've just written.
