Lightweight Training Shoe
A versatile shoe made for increased power, speed, and agility, the F-Lite 235 V2 is well suited for performance training, weightlifting, and running. The 0-millimeter drop high-density Powerheel and heel lock construction provide stability when lifting weights. The Adapterfit Met-cradle mimics natural movement and swells with the foot during fast, lateral, and medial movements. On the bottom, Meta-flex technology allows for multidirectional flexibility and increased agility. A 360-degree Rope-tec system extends onto the shoe's upper sides to deliver traction during rope climbs—not to mention a toe cap has been added for increased durability and protection.
Note: At checkout, choose the men’s F-Lite 235 in black (US size 8–12.5) or green (US size 8–13); or the women’s F-Lite 235 in black/gray or red/coral (both available in size 5.5–11).
